Babylonian numerals use base-60 place values. This calculator parses each segment between separators as a value from 0 to 59, then computes the total in decimal.
Values are rendered back to canonical Babylonian notation using tens and ones wedges in each place.
Rules and limits

- Each place can contain 0 to 59.
- Tens wedges must come before ones wedges inside a place.
